Yummy tapa and all day breakfast stuff! Good pressed coffee! Nice place too. :
I love the ambiance, it's refreshing in the eyes. Love those decorations. The food is nice. The table and seats are good and comfortable. You can see that the resto is neat and clean.
The façade gives the impression that the café is just small, but as soon as you walk in, you'll see that it has actually a massive space that stretches forward with big tables, couches and chairs. In this place, a 150Php carbonara meal would serve two people; the same dish might cost 400–500 for a meager serving in other café/restaurants in PH. Cozy ambience and comfortable, there are air-conditioning and fans. For the customer service, I would rate it as mediocre. Though the guy and the girl serving food both needed a lesson in proper and professional customer service, the girl as I had observed was sweet and funny anyhow. But these staff are chatting loudly to each other while sitting at one of the tables, and the noise of their phones can be heard throughout the entire café. No greetings for customers entering the café, not even saying a bare thank you : Wifi is available... I have my own internet connection, so I didn't bother to ask for it. I worked on my laptop for a couple of hours while I was there, and they were kind enough to let me use the charger plug as well. The carbonara had heaps of servings, it was tasty but TOO salty I won't complain about this because it was still decent for the price and serving). And also, I was expecting for my other friends to arrive soon there will be eight of us) cause I told them this would be a great place for us to catch up and have dinner then. Moments after, this guy passed by and evidently looked at my table which I didn't mind at all. Not long after, this girl puts the plate with my bill on the table without saying anything and just left. Hala I'm confused. Good or bad intention, it makes your customers think that you don't want them to stay at the café anymore. I have been to heaps of hotels and restaurants, from the puchu-puchu to the fanciest ones... this never happened... The polite way should've been asking the customers if they want to see their bill already or waiting for them to ask for it. Even just casually asking if they still want to order food. It's far from the closing time and no one's in the cafe except that group of guests leaving. Afterwards, this girl goes to my table with the tray which I assumed for collecting my glasses and plate. I still have my drinks and 30% of my carbonara left... I'm not done eating and yet didn't ask for cleaning. I politely asked why the bill was presented already and now cleaning the tables. She offered apologies and I just told her to be better next time. I'd recommend this place for groups; location is accessible, too. Obviously, it left me with a bad impression, and I wouldn't come back anymore. Thanks anyway. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
I've been to this restaurant several times now. The food tastes good, and there's a variety of choices. The service is a bit slow, but the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, I've noticed a smell in the place that reminds me of cats. I'm not sure if it's just me. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
