Cozy place... read more I leave at a few steps from here and this place is where I have my coffee break every day. Or colazione al bar breakfast at the cafe as Italians say. Cozy place with friendly staff and owners, suitable if you quickly stop by for a break or if you want to spend a longer time to chill out. Plenty of seats outside overlooking the piazza, no table service in the morning, but a really enjoyable one after 5 in the afternoon. They serve quick, meals at lunch time with a good choice of dishes. Appetizers are absolutely to try, with a wide selection of drinks, cocktails, wines and fruit drinks made at the moment. But their flagship is ice cream. Really excellent and rich choice of flavors. I warmly suggest this place.

It looks lovely, but staff seem to have no understanding of English... read more We were staying in the Ego Hotel right above and thought we would call into here for a meal. It looks lovely, but staff seem to have no understanding of English, no menu was given to us. We managed to make them understand that we wanted something to eat. They came with a platter which consisted of variety of pieces of food, overcooked pizza, burnt and stale pastries, dried up cake and pieces of fish in batter etc Not what we expected at all.. We weren't the only ones to be treated like this, we noticed another couple left most of what they'd been given. A real shame, just because we didn't understand the language!
