The atmosphere is good and there is live music every night, so it's a fun place to... read more I've only been here twice, but it is hands down my favorite bar in Anchorage. The atmosphere is good and there is live music every night, so it's a fun place to take a date, or just to go and hang out and meet people, whom are very nice, warm and welcoming there, that includes both staff and patrons First time I went there, was because I'd heard that one of my favorite indie bands was coming to town, but I had to work until midnight. I got there at the cover charge was but I told the door man I had to work until and he let me come in and see the last minutes of the show for free The one time I tried the food there (Chicken noodle soup) I was impressed; it was a HUGE bowl of very good soup, for which is what many places in town charge for a can of beer. Very reasonable.
