Welcome to Lucy's, a Student Run Restaurant Lab where culinary dreams come to life! Here, every meal is meticulously crafted by dedicated students from the UAA Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration program. Our bakery, kitchen, and dining room serve as dynamic instructional laboratories, allowing students to take charge of your fine dining experience from conception to execution. Located in the Lucy Cuddy Hall on the UAA main campus, Lucy's is not just a restaurant; it's a vibrant hub of culinary excellence that blends education with exquisite dining. Please keep in mind that a leisurely lunch experience typically takes about 90 minutes, enhancing your enjoyment of our thoughtfully prepared dishes. To ensure you don't miss out on the culinary delights we have to offer, make a reservation as soon as possible! Our tables fill up quickly, and if you find yourself unable to secure a spot, don't worry. Just use the Notify button in Resy, and we'll let you know if an opening becomes available on your desired date. Join us during our Fall Semester from October 30th to December 6th, 2024, when we're open every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with the last seating at 12:30 PM. For your convenience, please remember to pay for 2 hours of parking at the kiosk in front of Rasmuson Hall, as parking is enforced Monday through Thursday. I wish I took pictures. We sampled as much as we could. Reservations for 11:45 service was good music and mood was terrific. It felt so good to support UAA and receive incredible food. If you have time go and support your local school View all feedback.

I am a fan of the Culinary Arts Program. I acknowledge that it a opportunity for the students to have the experience of all facets of the operation. I recognize was doing the best he could do at the time. He was looking forward to his next assignment.

Lucy's is now open during the second half of each semester and it's great to see them open again. As always, reservations go lightning fast! I love that the students not only prepare and serve everything, but they also work together to create the stellar menu. Going to Lucy's is a major treat and it's great to support such an incredible group of talented culinary students!
