Ordered the crab stuffed halibut and was told it was fresh. It was probably the worst halibut I'd ever had it tasted very dried out and lack of flavor. I would almost guarantee it was cooked frozen and then reheated in a microwave. I'm not giving this review 1 star mainly because management was very great and gave us a refund which was respectable. Also on a good note the breakfast is actually pretty good.

I hesitate to rate this restaurant poor because it is a clean, nice place, and we did eat breakfast here twice because of the views, watching the floatplanes, and convenience to the airport. The food was just barely okay and the service was poor. staffing issues? I'm giving it an average overall, but with a few improvements it could be very good. The first breakfast, on a weekday, was okay as far as food and coffee, but expensive. $10 for a bowl of oatmeal! Service was slow, had to ask for a spoon or something to stir the coffee, and refills were long in coming. The second breakfast was buffet style. It was expensive, food was okay but barely lukewarm, and they were out of fruit except for a lonely slice of honeydew melon and three grapes. The restaurant description notes that gluten free options are available. I would say that gluten free options are pretty much limited to eggs, meat, oatmeal not guaranteed gluten free , or $10 cold cereal like rice krispies.
