The restroom was impeccably clean, surpassing any other public bathroom I've seen. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, demonstrating a clear dedication to their customers. It is evident that both the owners and employees take great pride in their store and prioritize customer care.

She agreed, but onl... read more I purchased a coffee from Tim Hortons. An elderly lady made it for me, but it was not fresh. I informed her of this and asked for a new one. She agreed, but only pretended to make a new one and gave me the same coffee in the same cup. There were two customers at the same time, but she did not seem to care.

The immediately fixed everything and all the young men working apologized and were just so lovely and funny that it made my day. 10/10 will return and love their camaraderie.
