We had a wonderful dinner here, and we were from out of town for a hockey tournament. Our waiter Taylor was amazing. We walked in with nine people with no reservation on a Saturday night, they accommodated us, and the service was still quick! Really great food!
We went specifically for the cheddar ale soup which has been taken off the menu! Why Jack Astors why?! So very disappointed that it is no longer available. The service was fantastic at this location and the other food we had was quite good. PLEASE BRING BACK THE CHEDDAR ALE SOUP!!
We decided to order takeout dinner from this restaurant and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The burgers were dry and lacked any sauce, while my buffalo chicken also had no sauce and was very plain. Additionally, one of the meals was missing fries. We felt like we wasted $80 on 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals.
Very nice atmosphere, quick with bringing you're meal, but not too quick that there is no time to converse. Staff very friendly and polite.Son had a burger with fries, that was huge and he loved it. I absolutely love the tossed chicken strips. Will drive from out of town just for those! Highly recommended them.
We had a delightful experience with our server, Taylor. He is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, providing efficient and dedicated service that ensures we always enjoy our time at the restaurant. Taylor even goes out of his way to make our children feel welcome, speaking to them by name and always being kind to them. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!
