I will be recommending my friends to order their pizza from other vendors that cater to all dietary needs.

We used to order pizza from this place every two weeks, but we had a bad experience with delivery two years ago. Since then, we have been getting pizza from Piz... read more We used to order pizza from this place every two weeks, but we had a bad experience with delivery two years ago. Since then, we have been getting pizza from Pizza Nova, even though it costs a bit more, because we never have issues with delivery or quality. However, we decided to give this place another chance last night. They said it would take about 45 minutes for pickup, which wasn't too bad considering how busy other places were. After waiting for 45 minutes, I went to pick up the order, but it wasn't ready. They told me it would take another 10 minutes, but it ended up taking longer. Eventually, the pizzas were ready, but they were different than what we ordered - very thin crust instead of what we wanted. Despite the delay and mix-up, the pizzas were fine. The service could have been better if they had communicated the wait time more accurately, especially given the crowded store environment.

However, I recently experienced some issues with my orders that left me disappointed. The first issue was a mistake in my order, which I understand can happen to anyone. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, I was told it would not be done without a fuss, which I found to be inappropriate. Despite this, they did not fix the mistake. On my last order, I received a burnt pizza, which was unacceptable to me. I believe a good restaurant should show respect to their customers and ensure the quality of their food. I have decided to no longer be a customer of Ancaster Pizza and would prefer to eat at Dominos instead. I hope they are able to improve their service, but I will not be returning.

I have no problem recommending this place. I love their dipping sauce for the...pizza too. I also recommend the wings and potato wedges as well. Bon appetit!
