We ordered for pick up. Great service and exactly what we ordered. We ate at home but you can eat in too. Crust and sauce was very good - lots of flavor. A must try!
This is our Ancaster pizza spot. Great pizza and done for pickup when promised on drive home from work. Centrally located in town, away from the crazy busy malls at either end of Ancaster. Get the extreme cheese for a nice flavor change.
This pizza was bread with sauce and cheese and toppings melted over it, perfectly baked in an oven. I'd say that this is a pretty rare thing to find in Hamilton. Hopefully they keep it quiet because I wouldn't want the hipsters to find a place like this so that it becomes popular. All jokes aside I wouldn't order from anywhere else in Ancaster because I don't visit too often (I'm an East-sider now) and I don't know any other pizza places.
As a vegan or someone on a plant-based diet, I will not be ordering from this restaurant. I will be recommending my friends to order their pizza from other vendors that cater to all dietary needs.
We used to order pizza from this place every two weeks, but we had a bad experience with delivery two years ago. Since then, we have been getting pizza from Pizza Nova, even though it costs a bit more, because we never have issues with delivery or quality. However, we decided to give this place another chance last night. They said it would take about 45 minutes for pickup, which wasn't too bad considering how busy other places were. After waiting for 45 minutes, I went to pick up the order, but it wasn't ready. They told me it would take another 10 minutes, but it ended up taking longer. Eventually, the pizzas were ready, but they were different than what we ordered - very thin crust instead of what we wanted. Despite the delay and mix-up, the pizzas were fine. The service could have been better if they had communicated the wait time more accurately, especially given the crowded store environment.
