Upon entering this hidden café located in a commercial building, we were unsure of what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find a large collection of books for sale and to borrow. Awesome cafe... innovative idea....decorated with DIY projects. You can order cup cakes too of your own choice.
Mamu's place has very good salads and a beautiful atmosphere, when you go inside you forget the crowded streets. The place is clean, bright and you can see the cookers working. They organize small concerts sometimes. There you can meet some of the most interesting people in Guwahati. I totally suggest it!

I stumbled upon this restaurant when my school friend Wafisha, who was visiting Guwahati from Mumbai, suggested we meet there. I wish I had discovered this place sooner - it may be a simple café, but the food is delicious and the owners truly care about their customers having a good experience. They've even placed books throughout the restaurant, creating a cozy atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a quiet corner to yourself or a place to hang out with friends, this restaurant is a great option for both.
Wonderful cafe with a creative concept... adorned with homemade projects. Customers can customize their own tassenkuchen.
