Subway is fantastic! I would give it five stars, but they no longer accept coupons. They offer a wide variety of options for everyone, making it a great place for a quick meal. The cookies are exceptional, and the staff is friendly. Additionally, the restaurant is always clean during my visits! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
They don 't accept corporate coupons and drown your sandwich in any sauce/ condiment you request, even if you request it light .Staff always act as if you are a nuisance when you visit. As if they now have to stop what they are doing in order to serve you. Poor customer service.Hours of operation seem odd for a restaurant that offers breakfast options. View all feedback.
Only 2 choices for bread, white or wheat. Ingredients put on sandwich seem to be getting less than other locations. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

I had to keep asking the lady to add more lettuce like three or four times and that I wanted more onions and more green peppers and more mayonnaise. This was just extra for no reason, I think they need some younger employees. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Having worked in the service industry for years, I know how it goes, but this felt excessively frustrating. I ended up spending $15, but it turned into a huge hassle that made me feel embarrassed until the lady behind me offered to pay for it. Honestly, it’s ridiculous to put someone in that position. I don’t really care, but I don’t want to feel like I’m being put on the spot. The man at the register simply stated they wouldn't cover the extra meat, which I didn’t even ask for. It felt like they were all really young and maybe thought I was just trying to get a free sandwich, which is a very dubious conclusion. If they were truly concerned about the company losing money on extra meat, they shouldn’t have wasted that entire footlong sandwich. I shouldn’t have argued. There was a mistake, but in the end, the lady behind me seemed to take care of it. We really need to improve customer service and remember that corporate policies shouldn’t overshadow basic human interaction. Instead of feeling like I was trying to take advantage of the situation, I should have felt valued as a customer. It just wasn’t right.
The only reason I'm giving this place more than one star is because they are quick at preparing sandwiches. I ordered on February 28th and received a 6-inch sandwich instead of the 12-inch I paid for, and it came without onions or salt and pepper. I thought it might just have been a bad day for them, so I didn't write a review, even though the staff member I spoke to when I called about a refund was not very helpful. Tonight, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a total of five footlongs and a flatbread. Again, the flatbread was completely rock hard, and I was missing toppings on the sandwiches. I’ve had enough; I will drive to Marion from now on instead of wasting my money here.
