I love this place the Asada Fries are my favorites, but I have just heard the employees who tell their friends in the register not to eat here and another employee who agrees with them now I hope I will not get sick

My 5 star rating is for their drinks only. My favorites are: Cookie Monster- delicious, not to sweet at all. Juuudt right Strawberry lime aid- very tasty and refreshing I recommend it STRAWBERRY HORCHATA is my FAVORITE. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the chunks of strawberry in it but I was pleasantly surprised at how flipping delicious and creamy it was. I crave this drink like every day but have to remind myself that life is all about balance. Lol Spicy watermelon- this is my 2nd favorite. It is so so good. The tamarind sauce in it really sets this drink apart from anything I have had. I suggest everyone try this drink. Super delish The Thai tea was “eh” not impressed at all, won’t order it again I don’t think. Not bad just not worth it to me Cucumber lime aid was good but I did not care for the little chunks of cucumber. It kept getting jammed in my straw and for me was just to pulpy? But it was very good. If I ordered it again I would strain the chunks out lol I had the hot Cheeto machines and nope! I don’t recommend. The chips are not good and the fusion taste wasn’t doing it for me Hot Cheeto fries are decent. My husband loves them so I’ll pick at his. They are pretty good. The hot Cheeto corn is actually decent as well. I would eat that again for sure The plain fries are awesome. I can say they do have great fries! Customer service has always been good here. The kids working the counter are pleasant and polite. The inside is nice and modern but it’s a little small considering they get a rush of people. I prefer to get my order to go. Overall I think everyone should try the drinks and service

Nice and clean. A semi-short drink menu, but still has interesting variety. The hot food looked good too. Got the pink lychee, which is like a lychee slush with fresh strawberries, and it was sweet and delicious.

It was quite warm when we arrived, but we were greeted with a friendly smile. The staff kindly asked how our day was going. I mentioned that making an effort to stay cool was appreciated, and they provided us with a refreshing glass of water while we reviewed the menu options. I believe that kind gesture goes above and beyond!

I drive 10 miles to enjoy the famous drinks at Zero Degrees, and I believe this is the third location I've visited. I went on a Monday afternoon, and it wasn't busy at the time. The place is clean and cozy, but it is quite small, and the service was just okay; I had to wait about 10 minutes before I could place my order. They don't have high chairs, and the tables are very close together. I imagine the weekends are much busier with long lines. I ordered three different drinks, and they were all really good—I highly recommend them!
