This place is fast. I couldn?t even put the lid on my soda before they called my name for my order. I got the 6 price tender meal and let me say these chicken tenders are so moist and soft with a good crunch. The chicken tasted fresh, dare do I say better than Popeyes? Okay I get if it?s busy long lines is where orders get mixed but it was empty early morning I asked for a box combo 2 xtra cane sauces and no coleslaw xtra fries. Yes it was my fault for not checking then and there but to my dismay once I got home i had a 3 chicken box with cole slaw and no sauce I looked at my receipt and got charged for all! Sweet iced tea is the best! Canes sauce makes the whole meal delicious.Kid-friendliness: My kids live it here. They were generous to give my children free kids combo drinks when I was on a tight budget. The ice is our favorite.
Great location overall stopped by for some chicken fingers while visiting anaheim. it's quite small compared to other locations i've been to, and the parking lot isn't too spacious as the drive thru line is awkwardly there. but the food was solid, and they also had the post malone cups for an extra charge of $1.39. no exceptional customer service but they weren't monotone or rude at all. there was one worker who kept coming out to the outdoor seating area to keep it clean tidy so that was nice! food 8/10customer service 7/10
Food was very flavorful. Customer service was great too. Clean in and out as well as the restrooms. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the soda selection. With soda machines now, you could have more selection.
Food is bland and below the quality in taste compared to other local chicken establishments. Not really the fault of Canes, it's just not to my liking...
Food is delicious cane's is one of my favorite restaurants and this place still never disappoint me always glad and happy whenever I get from here
