P.f. Chang's - Anaheim

My daughter and family had a great experience, and the food was outstanding. The Mongolian Beef is definitely a go-to!!!! Parking in the adjacent parking lot is horrible though!

1st time eating here. Food was okay but not up to the hype about great the food is. Probably won't go back.

First and foremost I love P.F. Chang’s we were visiting from NYC it was my boyfriends birthday and upon arrival the customer service was amazing. Angelina our server did everything she could to ensure that we had the best experience. She was very thorough in explaining the menu and was very prompt with service. The food was very delicious and well prepared. We will definitely be back.

My husband called same day to make reservations for dinner. We relieved a confirmation text as well, once we arrived the two young hostesses couldn’t find our reservation. We showed them proof of phone call with that location and text message confirmation. They were not willing to make arrangements and said “We are booked and can put you on the list.” The one with the braces, brunette hair had no good customer service. She would laugh and kept going back and forth with us about not being able to do anything for our situation. We asked for a manager and she said “they’re going to say the same thing” while laughing and giving attitude. Once the manager arrived he confirmed that we did make reservations but somehow their system didn’t mark it. He was able to accommodate us right away and attended us throughout the night. On our way out we went to get our parking ticket validated and the same girls still remained with attitude and “explained” the ticket process with low tone and pretty much couldn’t understand a single word she was saying. Food is great but their hostesses need more training in customer service.Parking: Parking structure, tickets are validated for 2 hours

Great service and a wonderful place to go while on vacation.
