The Panda Express located inside Vons/Pavilions in Santa Ana is currently undergoing renovations. The restaurant is still physically there, but the floor is covered with plastic carpeting. Lights are on and there seems to be some construction work happening inside. View all feedback. What User likes about Panda Express:
Anytime time i would attend this panda during my lunch from work, service is always fast and kind, and the food was always fresh never had an issue with their food View all feedback.
