I would give zero stars for the app and the hassle of collecting bonus points, but that's not a reflection on the restaurant itself. The menu is solid!

I arrived and parked by 11:25 AM and confirmed my arrival through the app. However, by 11:50 AM, no one had come out with my order! I went inside, and since the restaurant wasn't busy, I have no idea why I had to wait 20 minutes. I will never return.

He rarely checks in to see if we need... read more Usually, we have a good experience at IHOP, but there’s one waiter who consistently makes mistakes whenever he serves us. He rarely checks in to see if we need anything, and when we do flag him down, we have to hope he remembers what we asked for. Our last visit was by far the worst with him. After taking our order twice, he brought out my food wrong. He apologized and said he would have it remade, but I never received it. I watched him rush around trying to look busy, even though the restaurant was almost empty. When he finally approached us, he’d say something quickly and then leave without listening. After the fourth time he rushed past, we asked where my food was, but he didn’t respond. Forty minutes later, after my family finished eating, he came by and asked how everything was. When I asked about my food, he just glanced at me and walked away mumbling. I sent my husband over to tell him we were leaving and that my meal should be removed from the bill. The waiter seemed confused, tried to blame the kitchen, but the cook said he never heard about any issue. It turned out the waiter never actually requested the refire; he just threw some cheese and mushrooms on my plate, microwaved it, and forgot about it. It took two attempts to get our bill corrected, and by then, I was not only hungry but also had a terrible headache.
