This café is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. The South Indian food is delicious and fresh. I highly recommend it!
I visited a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and I ordered my favorite dish, Vegetable Navratan Kurma, which was great. The restaurant was clean, but what stood out the most was my server, Cophilly. She definitely earns a five-star rating from me! She is incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, quick, and kind to customers. She treats you the way she would like to be treated, and I truly enjoy dining there when she serves me. She deserves to be well compensated for her outstanding service.
Since it was late, my sister and I decided to eat there. When we opened the food, we found that the dosa was warm, but the idli and vada were ice cold. We approached the staff again, and rather than addressing us properly, the man just stared at us and mumbled something before rudely asking his team to replace the vada. The new vada they served was hot but overly greasy and didn't taste fresh. Despite his claim that it was fresh, it seemed stale; we couldn't eat it. The dosa was bland and poorly cooked, while the sambhar was just watery with no spices. I've visited many Indian restaurants, but I've never encountered such terrible food or a disrespectful owner like this. I've noticed other reviews mentioning his rudeness towards customers who provide honest feedback, and I genuinely believe this is a place to avoid. My sister even mentioned that she had a mango lassi there before, and it upset her stomach. To the owner, please consider improving your food quality and learning some basic etiquette for customer service. With bad food and unprofessional staff, it's best to stay away from this establishment.
Excellent food and service. Authentic taste. My new favorite South Indian restaurant!
Ambience: very clean and neat Staff: super friendly Serving time: average. If they get crowded the serving time will be much longer Bathroom: unisex. Clean. Parking: ample spaces Ordering: simple and easy Kid friendly: kind off Prices: Food: we ordered combo 2 with onion dosa, gobi manchurian and bangalore street side chaat, salt lassi and mango lassi. Mango lassi was thick but was flavorful. Salt lassi was very tasty. Idli was average. Medhu vada was okay. Onion dosa had too much onions, but dosa tasted good. Coconut chutney was good. Sambar was okay. Gobi manchurian medium spice was in itself spicy for our taste. But it was crispy and tasty and tasted fresh. Bangalore street side chaat was too bland and tasted like poori pieces over dal and very disappointing. Overall i would go there once more to try their other dishes. All the dishes were definitely fresh. Atleast to support their effort, i would go again.
