I was very disappointed with my order of salmon candy, which arrived a day late and cost almost $200. The supposed maple and sugar glaze was nonexistent and lacked sweetness, with a gritty texture. I am now trying to re-glaze it myself with expensive honey and pure maple syrup. This place is a contrast at it's best. Everyone that works there is lovely and friendly which can't be said for the management and supervisors of sort. Out of all the places that I have delivered to, this must be the most miserable bunch of people. Every time I have to deal with management they are quite rude, unfriendly and yes miserable. And it's not just me...other drivers are saying the same thing.I'd hate to be one of the lovely people that works there. I can just imagine what the work environment must be like. Such a shame.
I ordered a box of oysters from this company to be delivered on a certain date. After spending $78.00 for shipping to be delivered on that date and after days of waiting I never received the package. The company told me that I would have to deal with UPS and it was not their problem. I spent $150.00 from this company never received a product and will not be refunded.
