We had such a bad experience,had to stay there for two days and let me tell you that the bathroom flush didnt even work,the water was all nasty to the point we couldnt even brush our teeth or do anything else with water.Secondly the phone of the room didnt even work,we gently asked to change the room but they told us it wasnt possible. Thirdly we could hear every single noise the people of the next room would make. I wouldn’t recommend going there.
Comfortable rooms, great food and drink and service. Only drawback was the noise from other rooms. Many people seem to leave between 04:00 and 05:00 and despite warning in English and Chinese to be quiet during nighttime hours, unfortunately it’s the Italian guests who don’t know how to behave. Not the hotel’s fault so 5/5 from me.
It's a very clean hotel, a good restaurant and with very kind, professional staff. The location is if you need to be around in that area for work. Very calm and relaxed, and recommended.
