The food and service at 13 Moons are consistently excellent. The view is also outstanding. This restaurant is ideal for celebrating special occasions, especially for indulging in prime rib on weekends!

A great choice for dinner on Anacortes. Grilled prawns is highly recommended as an appetizer! My wife and I had the NY Sirloin and Filet Mignon w/ garlic mashed potatoes, respectively both were cooked to perfection. Not only was our waitress very accommodating, but the young man serving bread water was working very hard and diligently to ensure all tables had full glasses of water and cleared of their empty plates/glasses. We had a table seating, which based on the the design of the eating room, still provided a window view of the water. Highly recommend folks to dine here, it is worth your time.

Dining at 13moons was not quite the elevated experience we were expecting. Dress was considerably more casual than expected for “fine dining” with many tee shirts and hiking boots to be seen on a Friday night. Prices are a bit steep, but the portions were huge and well-prepared. Service left something to be desired as our server removed finished plates from 2 people in our party while 2 others were still eating. A basic no-no that should be addressed. Fine for a special occasion meal, but don’t expect more than a casual atmosphere where tots are allowed to run circles around the tables and yell.
