The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant has a family-friendly atmosphere, complete with a playroom, which can make it a bit noisy. Our server was slow to notice that we were seated and didn’t promptly clean the table after we requested it. She was young and new to the job, so hopefully, we will see improvement on our next visit. What User doesn't like about Haufbrau:
When the bartender came over to take our order, he asked if we wanted Coke. He then popped a chip into his mouth while holding another chip with his fingers and placing those fingers in the drink! When I asked him about using a glass without having his fingers in it, he replied, "None of my other customers complain when my fingers are in the glass." If you're in search of large cheese sticks, this is the place to go. Everything on the menu is fantastic. I could come here every day!

I honestly don't think I'll be coming back. If this is how he behaves in front of customers, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like.
I use to enjoy going to haufbrau for lunch an dinner but the last month or so the quality of service and food has gone way down hill. Fire the cook an have better customer service. You guys are better than this. Sorry Chris
I don?t usually write reviews but... I ordered the BBQ nachos, onion rings, and John Wayne sandwich. The definition of nachos are ? dish of tortilla chips topped with melted cheese ?. No where on their online menu mentions that it?s over potato chips. Pretty disappointing?.. the onion rings were fine. The John Wayne sandwich in the description says ?try one of our homemade BBQ sauces with it? wasn?t offered any bbq sauce and it was probably the driest sandwich I?ve had in awhile. Maybe it?s my fault I ordered over the phone but after spending $40 I was hoping for something more palatable. Pretty disappointing experience.
Frozen fries that they wouldn?t exchange for a different side unless I wanted to be charged. What restaurant does this? Very disappointing and the rest of the food was overpriced and very underwhelming. Will not return.
