Came in to get some breakfast coffee since the place we got pastries didn’t have coffee, we ordered the coffee to go but afterwards decided to sit to have the pastries and the coffee. This guy that works there came by and just speaking Italian and with a long face started to tell us “you got coffee to go and seat here and with parties from somewhere else” very rude. Don’t go here!
Good local bar that provides great complimentary snacks with drinks. Friendly pleasant staff. Drink prices very reasonable in comparison with others in the area. Definitely pop in!
We hada cappuchino on the way home on a rainy day. The coffee was nice and the service good. Would stop here again for desserts or a drink.
So picture this, a slightly overweight middle aged tourist with backpack missed her connection due to a dead battery walks around the hills of Anacapri looking for her air bnb piece of paradise to no avail. Talks to several kind locals in bare bones Italian to no avail. It 's 32 degrees and I had no water. Finally, I get back on the bus and into town after 2 or 3 hours and walk in the oasis that is BAR FARO. I drop my backpack and bags, stumble through a sea of tables and locals watching the soccer and take my coke to the bar. The owner does not bat an eye lid. Go sit and relax he tells me and gives me ice and lemon and kindness. I start sobbing at the bar. hahahahah, does he panick at yet another lost idiot, NOPE, he give me his phone, lets me charge mine and when I still can 't get onto the owners, he somehow finds them through local connections! I was saved at BAR FARO. Lol. Best cakes and service in town also. I 'll be back soon! THANK YOU for your kindness and amazing hospitality
