The seafood chowder was exceptional—hands down the freshest and most flavorful I've ever tasted. The menu and specials featured an excellent variety of fresh local fish. The staff was friendly and attentive, fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere where they connect with customers and ensure a great experience. The prices were reasonable given the high quality of the food. It’s rare to find fresh seafood prepared to perfection, but Ashes certainly excels at it—definitely the best in Dingle!

They used to have a warm, fun Irish vibe with amazing well thought out food. Now the staff do not have any Irish charm and are curt and bothered. The food is bland and uninspired, the vibe is sad. We will never go back.
