We had an absolutely incredible evening! The 7-course chef’s menu was of absolute world-class quality, and the Otoro tuna touched me to the depths of my soul—it was so delicious that it made me emotional. I was truly speechless. The wine pairing was sublime; each glass danced through the courses like a perfectly synchronized pair on the dance floor. We had the privilege of sitting at the chef’s table, and I found it a true pleasure to witness a team of professionals, passionate about their craft, creating something extraordinary. You can see in everything they do that they genuinely enjoy bringing out the best in each other. Floris van Straalen, the chef, has put together a fantastic brigade, and you can see, taste, and even smell it in every dish. Once again, chapeau! I will definitely be coming back here. It was amazing to see the... read more The concept of landing in the aperitive bar first, before going to dinner are really great! We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and staff. It was amazing to see the level of service by the staff in both formal and informal style which kept it at a high level, but not distant. And the food and wine pairings were also really good and surprising. A lot of thinking was put in both. And finally the cheese trolley and the tea/friandices trolley were both great. We will come back for sure!
