The ramen has a bunch of unauthentic items that you don’t expect to see in ramen (wonton, Shanghai bokchoy and cabbage), so quite a confusing combo to me. The chicken has some unfresh taste to it and the broth lacks flavour, meanwhile the noodle doesn’t soak up any broth at all so it doesn’t do its job either.

The variety of vegan ramen is also great. Staff is friendly, service super quick. Prices really reasonable and portions will satisfy you!!

Since we live close to Düsseldorf we visit takumi very often so I was curious about the new Restaurant. I had the Truffel Toro soba ramen which were so delicious. The Chicken broth was just perfect, great Taste! My boyfriend had the Teriyaki Miso Ramen which was also really good. The Service was great, friendly Staff, nice atmosphere. I can highly recommend it and we will come back for sure when we visit amsterdam again
