Placed an order for 5 pizzas on October 22. This order never arrived. Contacted the pizzeria, after which they indicated that the pizzas had been delivered. We then contacted Thuisbezorgd in the hope that we could get our payment back, but unfortunately that did not work out; pizzeria again indicated that this order had been delivered. Had to pay almost 60 euros for pizzas that were never delivered. Bad thing, don't order from this pizzeria!! After waiting a long time we called about our order. It would already be with the delivery person. After waiting another 20 minutes we called again. Now we had to wait another 10 minutes for the delivery person to arrive. So there is a lie. The pizzas arrived cold.
