Oshima, a Japanese Kaiseki style restaurant. They only have 2 possible choices, 7 or 9 courses menu. The taste of the foods were so light, not to overwhelming. The raw sushi is fresh and good quality of fish. For me, worth every penny, 3hours experience of Japanese fine dining. One of memorable experience was the chef and his wife will come to every table to introduce himself and for small talk with every guest there. I don’t have my favourite dish here because every dish has their own quality. But i can say that anything with teriyaki sauce was simply excellent. The vegetable tempura’s were crunchy every single bites. I really enjoyed my dinner experience with good ambience and amazing service. As I tried to book a week ahead no way) for an intimate 4 dinner with closest friends. But now yes. We tried the 9 course and I have asked for recommendations regarding sake Awamori, sake, Sochu, not nessecary in this order). Got myself a gingo and afterwords a Junmai Daijingo. Very course just blows your mind. Let your tongue and heart do the rest. So much love and details. The amount on each dish and precise in flavor... No words. Definitely will come back. Sorry for the fotos. But trust me, come and book a table if you're into authentic no fuzz food with the highest quality.
