Excellent homemade ramen. Try the night menu!!! Good portions and excellent service
Never tried vegan ramen without suppen base, so this was already surprising for me. the different textures with this vegan ramen will give them that new experience of eating rammen and the mushroom has that feeling of a poached egg. It was tasteful on all aspekte and would definitely come back.

Immediately became my favorite vegan restaurant ever. we went to a cold winter night, in which we hoped for a place. little we knew that this place was only making reservations. this sad surprise was immediately forgotten when we came to the restaurant to follow our idea and our order to take away. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the very friendly and smiling Japanese cook. really felt like they were super happy to see us! we took two different sauces, the black burned garlic and the red hot chili pepper. the two were very pronounced in taste, but very similar to a delicious point: they were pure joy. amazing! I almost stole the meal of my gf because I couldn't get enough. best vegan restaurant I have tried so far, and probably the best I will ever try. if I could cook a little half as delicious. hold people! I'll be back for more!
Eating is excellent. authentic with a hauch of experimentation. unbelievably humble staff and one has to go.
