Very nice bar with beautyful view on the city of Amsterdam. We had an Aperol Spritz, it was small but done in the right ptoportions. Personnel was super kind, for instance they were almost closing and so they told us asking if it was fine. (Amsterdam closes shops and restaurants so soon, btw; at 10 restaurants already clean up and shops have been already closed for hours, around 18:30 . The only things we were wonder... What Rawad D doesn't like about Canvas:
A good rooftop to chill, eat, view a sunset and maybe stay for a small party (depending on the dj) Food is good and they have a variety of options (however on my turn they brought a new chef so most of the items weren’t available) Staff are helpful and friendly. recommended for chilling View all feedback.
Place is amazing. It has good vibes. View is also good. It's located on 7th floor and the staff is super friendly. There is not much variety in the food and drinks. Also I didn't like the cold starters. The quantity was also small. That's why I have deducted one point. Otherwise price of drinks are justified because of the view and location. It's next to wibaustraat metro station
A really pretty location and the staff is extremely nice. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the food as much. It took about 5 mins for us to get our main courses but we had to wait 20 mins for us to get the bread we had ordered with it, which was just regular, cold bread so it’s quite confusing as to why it took that long. The cauliflower to sauce ratio was off. There wasnt enough sauce so it just felt like I was eating an unseasoned cauliflower for the most part. My friend‘s steak was dry and not good quality meat. The food is definitely too expensive for the quality you get. However, we ordered the bread pudding as dessert and that one was delicious!
Wat een lekker eten, wat een goede ambiance maar vooral het uitzicht is echt waanzinnig! Zeer gemêleerd publiek. Briljante combinatie. Op sommige dagen is de bediening wat trager maar dat is niet storend; je zit er zo een hele avond (en nacht) te genieten!

Great views from the 7th floor restaurant. Plenty of seating but booking recommended. The food was great, especially the pork belly starter. I had a glass of wine that strangely tasted of beer and then a glass of cava with few bubbles which they quickly replaced, but otherwise a great experience
