They handle the gluten free pizza base with clean equipement only and the pizza then goes into the big, open pizza oven in the carton the base came in. This is to help cross-contamination. There however is only one oven, so non-gluten free pizza has also been in there. But personally for me, probably because the oven is open, I didn't get any symptoms.
One of the best gf pizza crusts I have ever had. I eat a lot of pizza. I had the zucca. It has pumpkin, roasted mushrooms, arugula, mozzarella and hazelnuts.
Awesomeness. Ordered the Bruchetta, White Pizza with Salami Mushrooms: they were happy to swap the regular for the spicy salami. Drank Palomas.
We walked in with some friends (bear in mind we are in our 20’s and wanted to have a happy hour) to sit down and have some drinks. We told them that we need a table for 6 and the women serving us proceeds to talk to the manger and then come to us and with attitude and a judgemental look there are no seating just for drinks but only for dinner while there are around 20 people outside having drinks.
