Part of Amsterdam Oost, a minimalist décor and outdoor seating well suited to warm weather, the menu is concise with the Cardamom Bun as good as the famous ones in Copenhagen while a simple Cheese Sandwich became more thanks to good Butter and a thin layer of sweet Onions. So glad we decided to stop here for a sandwich. Not going to lie, the food was simple, but sometimes simplicity allows the ingredients and flavours to shine. We came early, right when they opened at 9AM and there were a lot of people coming to get their freshly baked buns. It smelt heavenly there.
