It was nice experience staying at Kaasai resort and their services was good. Location is beautiful but they need to increase their room capacity to accommodate more people. The restaurant is an appalling disgrace to the location. Overpriced food served in filthy plates! Food drinks: Simply Appalling.The waiter brought steel tumblers to us holding them with his fingers inside. I had to take glasses to the basin to wash myself and yet was left with black grease like stains that were hard to take off.
