I loved to go to south kitchen till last year. Yesterday when I went to eat with a good friend, the food was disappointing. It was very tasty but absolutely oily, drenching oil... My wife couldn't eat it half... I suggest to minimise the oil or butter or Loni that is used in order to prepare food because people come to eat south Indian food with a healthy meal mindset.
