We are vegan and indeed, so are Jacky and Catherine Rivoire. Even their flour, sugar, mustard, pepper, vinegar etc. are organic. Our dinner menu was Steamed Leeks in Soya Cream and Le Puy Lentils in a local mushroom, onion and tomatoes and red wine sauce (naturally with French baguette bread), followed by a chocolate and rice milk with banana parfait.
