A great start to a vacation. The menu has a good range of options for most people. We started with sea bass ceviche, in a mildly spicy citrus and cumin sauce. Very tasty. A great start to a vacation. The menu has a good range of options for most people. We started with sea bass ceviche, in a mildly spicy citrus and cumin sauce. Very tasty. Followed by a beet and tomatilo salad with pink mole. Main courses were a petit filet with chocolate mole and plantains, and the other dish was a spicy blue shrimp with chorizo and polenta. Dessert was a corn fritter with vanilla ice cream and caramel. Everything was delicious and plated beautifully. Service was fantastic and the setting outside was a view of the ocean. It was most excellent.
