Horrible service. Horrible food. Order chips and guacamole, a plain cheeseburger and nachos. Waited over 30 minutes. Waiter finally came back and asked us to repeat our order!? He brought out the worst guacamole we had ever tasted. Chips were chewy. Finally after 40 minutes we got a raw cheeseburger. Raw! Never saw the nachos. We left. Save your time and money!!!

What makes a place good is the service. What makes a place great is consistent service. When you have people working for you that don't provide good service every time they come to work, then you earn a review like this. When i went into the deli to purchase milk and water, I also wanted something from the pastry counter. I stood there while 4 employees carried on their conversations and the two people behind the counter just ignored me and continued cleaning while I stood there. I don't think I could of been mistaken for someone still perusing the store since I was standing right in front of the cashier place and staring at the people cleaning behind the deli counter. This would of never happened at the Vidanta resort. They have instilled quality service practice in each and everyone of their employees from groundskeepers, housekeeping, to chefs and managers. Going to other places really shows how great Vidanta has executed true customer service and guest appreciation.

Quick food but limited menu choices. Servers were super nice and accommodating, found some rice and beans at the buffet for my daughter who didn't want anything from their menu. Conveniently located close to the main pool, good views. No take out boxes available.

Deli/convenient store on the property. Prices are inflated, but do understand you're paying for convenience. For example, a large bag of kettle chips $8 usd) and wafer cookies $9 usd), small pack of salami $7 usd). 3 stars for nice staff, and hours of operation.
