This was my family's favorite restaurant during our week long stay! We were served by Marco and Jared for most of our visits and they were wonderful and so attentive to my family. I looked forward to getting breakfast here every day because of how good the food was. Great restaurant and amazing staff here! View all feedback.
What Melanie W doesn't like about Cibola:
Decor: beautiful View: beautiful Service: great Strawberry salad small but good. Loved it. It really IS more of an appetizer than the size of a main portion (unlike American portions Potato and clam cream a bit too watery for me Linguini al Brokolo sauce was a little light, maybe bland? But I ate it all. A bit too much chicken though (who complains about THAT (right?! . But it was! I couldn't even finish it! View all feedback.
This was my favorite go-to spot for a perfect, quiet, sit down breakfast while staying at Monte Cristo estates this summer. It was an easy walk down here from our villa before golf in the mornings, and there was almost nobody else here (unlike the much more noisy and bustling indoor marketplace restaurants nearby). I had my pick of an outdoor poolside table with Pacific Ocean views, or a table inside with air conditioning and TV screens with various sports on tv. I came here a few times during our visit and the service was always quick and on point. Breakfast selections were the standard fare I was expecting with some local Mexican types of selections offered as well. I usually had the toast, eggs and bacon, with juice and coffee but other selections I saw others order looked very good also. Bottom line: if you are looking for a nice, quiet meal with a view and not too many other people around and a decent selection of menu items that aren 't too out there , this is a great choice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds at all of the other restaurants at Pueblo Bonito Sunset beach. You won 't be disappointed.
The family and I tried this restaurant last week while on vacation. I ordered the rotisserie chicken it was good!! I also tried the strawberry and chocolate ice cream and really enjoyed it.

I would have to say this was the best restaurant at the Pueblo Bonito properties that I tried. We really enjoyed the views and sunset. You have two pools in the same area where you eat which makes for a nice experience. You also have the beautiful views of the mountains and statue of Jesus to look at while you eat. The food: skirt steak or like we call it in Texas, fajita. Extremely good. It comes served with the quite the presentation. Our waiter josefat was extremely nice. He even got us some tortillas for our skirt steak. Extremely tender and full of flavor. The ribs were really good as well! Also the pork rinds with guacamole was extremely tasty as well. The desserts were also very good. The vanilla ice cream tasted like blue bell. I had the waiter check and he confirmed it was in deed blue bell. If you are staying at any of the Pueblo bonito properties be sure to try out Cibola, you will not be disappointed. Also the service here is top notch.
