Unfortunately, I have to make a bad assessment. We wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday yesterday and had reserved for 11 people at 12 o'clock. The food came at 1 1/2 hours later. What can happen on the one hand, nobody came to apologize and on the other hand, tables got their food before us that came later.
