This place is soooo good, I couldn't even wait to finish eating to write a review. Wow. Go first to every other restaurant that was recommended to you, then come here.. because after you come here, you won't be able to eat anywhere else in Paros. Stella is an amazing chef, the ingredients are super fresh, and the ambience is also very special, poolside with low lighting, good wine, nice music and very charming. Thank you to Stella and the rest of her team in the kitchen. An extra sixth star goes out to that eggplant (not pictured)

Stella makes magics in her kitchen. A very cozy and friendly atmosphere with a view to the pool and to the Aegean see. Sitting by the pool in a warm summer evening, sipping red or white wine with fresh local meals inspired by her late mother, after whom the restaurant is called, is a special experience to body and soul. You feel always welcome, like a part of a loving family. It has a small hotel as well. Worth trying, pleasure asssured! Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair is accessible, went once with my mother who was on her wheelchair, was easy to access.
