Very disappointed, we had chosen a superior room and we found ourselves in a room for the disabled and impossible to change The bay window did not close and the heating was not adjusted not. Decent hotel. We had booked for 1 night with a wellness package for €179, but big problem when going to bed! The sheets had not been changed (presence of many hairs . The receptionist had to come and change the sheets at 2 a.m. At the time of departure, we were not allowed a small commercial gesture. Very disappointed ! Rooms: 1 Service: 1
