Whats the point of ordering on your app if you have to get in line at the drive through and wait in line? Curbside would be great. Im 16 cars back in line already paid for my food stuck behind people just ordering. Ordering on the app is to eliminate waiting in line.
Walked in and ordered food off the self serve Kiosk. Waited about 5 minutes our food and durring that 5 minutes the two people who were traying up food continually touched chicken nuggets and french fries with their bare hands after having worked on the computers and with money witouth wasing their hands or using gloves. Not sanitary in any way.
Service was fast and they were very nice when I they took my order. They also had my food to me in less than 5 minutes!
I had a Great experience with this location. They were busy but still helped me with something else I realized I had forgotten on my order. Very professional and efficient!
Food was as expected for a fast food place. Service was a little slow but it was really busy so it 's understandable. What bothered me was the rude guy who took my payment. He was reading off what I ordered and I couldn 't understand him, so I askedagain. I told him my actual order and he kept repeating 'that 's what I said ' in a very rude manor. I understand being stressedbut Ive worked a rush hour and that 's not how you treat customers. I said 'oh okay I 'm sorry ' and he said 'yeah, exactly '.
