Panda Express - Ammon

I hate to do this because this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area! Usually it's always really fast service, hot good food . But the last two times I stopped by around 7pm or later the rice tastes terrible undercooked and over cooked chicken gross I threw them away both times it was so bad maybe the night shift just doesn't care ?

After waiting for an item item for a while (around 15 min), my food sat out. I asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund. That wasn't going to be easy, so I told them to keep the food and left.Disappointed in this location. I only wanted my meal to be warm.

I normally don't post negative reviews, but this was unusually bad. After ordering online I had to wait longer than people ordering in person. The person who eventually handed my food didn't make eye contact with me and instead offered someone else a drink while they waited. When I got home the rice was under flavored and had a clump of unmixed white rice in it. I'm glad we had a coupon because it's a lot of money for very little return.

If you’re looking for good food in Idaho Falls, you may find that here. If you’re in the mood for what Panda Express offers, you’ll enjoy it. Any of their food is actually pretty tasty, specifically their protein. When it comes to noodles, chow mein, fried rice or steamed rice… these are the least best part of the meal. The staff is good for the most part, but in occasion you’ll know when they are having a bad day ??‍ I’ve eaten here many times and it’s typically good. The best food in my opinion are the honey/walnut shrimp and the any of the chicken. They keep the place moderately clean.

Wow! Panda nice work! I know Miguel runs a good crew with Katie being the absolute best in the business when it comes to service. She goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome and such a joy to be around.
