Costa Vida - Ammon

Very nice staff, clean environment, good food and fast service. I came in, it was a nice environment, the staff was nice and fast with my order. The food was very good and the special drinks were well mixed and also very good. I have no complaints and I was satisfied.

Service is always friendly, and good at their jobs. They are nearly always busy, but we've never had bad service. The food is fantastic and filling, the portion size is excellent, (a large salad will fill both my wife and myself together, or we'll each get our own and have 2 meals each). My only complaint is that their chairs are not very comfortable for wife, who has a VERY bad back, and there are no soft surfaces to absorb the loud noises of the dining area. As such we usually take out food to go.

Today, I ordered one of the salads and was worried that I would have to forgo their delicious tortillas due to my gluten intolerance. I inquired whether they had gluten-free tortillas, and the employee immediately put on fresh gloves, got a new container for my salad, and provided me with the gluten-free tortillas. I was truly impressed with their attention to preventing cross-contamination. Thank you, Costa Rica Vida, for training your staff on these important health issues!

I have always had a great experience at this Costa Vida. The only minor issue I've had was when the Tres Leches cake wasn't quite milky enough, but that's really the worst of it.

I frequent this restaurant often and I have enjoyed every dish I've ever sampled here. It's definitely one of my top dining spots!
