Raimo's Brick Oven Pizzeria Trattoria Of Amityville

I had a disappointing experience with my recent delivery. It took nearly two hours to arrive for a meal intended for two people. While the food itself was decent, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're really hungry or unable to pick up your order yourself. The customer service was the worst part; the staff were rude and falsely claimed that my delivery was on the way. By the time it arrived, the food was cold. I won't be ordering from here again.

The portions were generous, and the food was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, and I had an overall excellent experience at this location.

We shared a bottle of white wine for just $24, which was a nice touch. On pasta nights, the meal includes a salad, your choice of pasta, and dessert. However, one thing that bothered us was an additional charge on the bill that seemed to be a credit card fee. We usually pay in cash when eating out, and although I went ahead and paid it, I don't think it's fair for restaurants to impose such charges. I hope the owner sees this review and considers how these fees are presented on the bill. Despite that, we definitely plan to return!
