Do you think Portland was the only place to find vegan waffles in Oregon? Think again. Amity does not have many vegan options, but this place is a large breakfast place. Besides waffles with blows and fillings you can mix and fit, they have coffee with a variety of non-dairy milk options. If you have work to do, they also have Wi-Fi available. Did you know that Amity is not the only place in Oregon to find vegan waffles? This breakfast spot in Amity may not have many vegan options, but they do have delicious waffles with various toppings and fillings that you can mix and match. They also offer coffee with a variety of non-dairy milk options. If you need to get some work done, they have Wi-Fi available. And on a nice day, you can enjoy your meal in the cute outdoor seating area on the back terrace.

The prefabricated batter seemed to have been made with protein powder containing Stevia, which gave it a less-than-favorable taste. The waffle itself had a strange flavor, resembling unroasted sesame seeds, Chia seeds, and salt. Overall, it was not a good experience.

The waffles at this restaurant have a strange taste. There's really no need to add protein powder to waffles. While I appreciate having vegan options, I think it would be better to just use a regular waffle recipe with plant-based milk and egg substitutes instead of trying to add extra protein and chia seeds. This would be a simpler and tastier option.
