What pascag21 doesn't like about Tanaka Ramen:
I ordered in delivery via Uber eats since we are confined. We took two ramen, and no indication on the broth corresponding to our dish on the packaging, so we go randomly, that's a shame. In addition, I took a Ramen Miso Yasai, no traces of Seitan, zucchini and leeks announced on the menu. We went there on a Saturday night and we missed everything. There were only 2 choices in the entrances as in the main dishes. Not even the possibility of having a non-alcoholic drink... We've had too many people in the last two days and haven't been racing again! is the answer I was given. In desserts, only the fruit salad remained. The tasteful quality of the dishes was very poor and beers are very expensive. Personally, I decided to take a carafe of water, not wishing to drink alcohol. I'm not going back.
Great. A kitchen enthusiast. A trip from Saint-Nazaire to meaulte. A jump to Amiens in this restaurant. Killing. Tempora sushi and ramen. Come and discover a real French cook of Japanese origin.
We came to test this restaurant! What a good experience it was tasty and pleasant. We were able to test gyoza and tempura, as well as two recipes of ramen (in vegetarian mode)! For dessert the delicious ice cream with black sesame and dorayaki. In short, we were able to relax and discover flavours. The chef is super nice, reveals his knowledge and doesn't hesitate to come talk to the customers. It's great and it changes! We'll be back!
Only positive point, kitchen with fresh products. The atmosphere and service is a catastrophe. Has not provided enough stock so that we can take the dessert provided in the paid menu. Which amateurism, the commercial side and loyalty of the customer totally absent. What a shame! We don't recommend it.
The reception is very average. We were two busy tables. The chef had a dirty apron and had trouble getting off his phone. The service was long: the dish served 1:00 after the entrance. The saké out of price for a very average range. The Gyosas bathed in oil. I had to return the industrial pasta from the ramen because they were served raw. The ramen's broth was insipid, what sadness. My husband barely touched his pasty rice dish, fade, so far from the visual kitchen ventilated on the menu.
