Pepper Cat - Amherstburg

Have always loved Pepper Cat. My husband and I have been a few times with no problems. We had friends from out of town and we went there . Our reservation was February 17th . Ordered the lobster tail which arrived in good time. It was soooo salty and rubbery I had to send it back. The second one arrived and it was the same. Our steaks were also too salty . Very disappointed and unhappy. There was no compensation either. Our server was great.

A local ? gem! The place has a great vibe from the moment you walk in. Each teammate understands how they contribute to the experience and emanate a sense of pride, purpose and sincere engagement. Our server, Mercedes is an absolute Pro and the highlight of the evening. Mercedes beams with enthusiasm and is laser focused, she processes every queue in order to adapt to the rhythm of each patron. The apps were spot on, and the entree was over the top. I highly recommend the black and blue Ribeye. Every table in the place was equally impressed, which creates an X factor of energy in the room. Peppercat is our new #1 for fine dining and experience. Mercedes will be requested in advance.

Wonderful dinner, colourful and flavourful plates, super staff, and great atmosphere. 5 stars all day long (the chocolate cake is to die for, just saying)

It was my first time here, and it won't be my last! What a little gem of a restaurant!!! First off, Jodi, our server was top flight! I love a server like her. She knows her menu, is in tune immediately with the mood of the table, makes wonderful suggestions, and is just so sweet and fun!!!Next, the food.....absolutely delicious! Creative, delicious, flavourful, ample, and well priced!The place is so quaint and beautifully decorated.Check this place out, it's so worth it!!
