The MacDonald's in Amherstburg is not recommended. It is advised to find another place to eat if possible. The location does not allow the use of reward apps and the staff members are rude. They also tend to overcharge customers. In my experience, I have never had any issues in towns like Leamington, Kingsville, Windsor, and LaSalle. These locations are great and I am able to use my app without any problems, especially when there are coffee promotions in the summer. However, the Amherstburg location does not accept the app and the staff blame customers for phone and internet issues with a bad attitude. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
The person who took our order was great. energetic, funny and friendly. we even have a high five. in any case a fun experience.
Always impressed when I come through this McDonald’s! The services is fast and the employees are friendly. Good job!
