What Dawn Hershey doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The food here has severely gone downhill to the point it's barely edible, coffee either taste like hot water or burnt and sometimes like chemicals. Drive thru staff constantly are rude and try to short change you. Used to come here every morning but don't think I'll be back. Your South Albion Street Location staff are rude on drive threw hard to understand and most of all ask for a certain donut and rudly told we discontinued the sugar donuts I believe it's lazy staff not wanting to put sugar on them also advertising something you don't have your walnut crunch Tim Hortons founder is probably turning over in his grave your company is going down hill fast Service: Take out
