Wrap City Sandwich Co. - Amherst

The food is fantastic. We have been going to both locations since you opened. The music at the Amherst location around 5pm was not exactly easy listening to the customers. Hip Hop a little R rated. No wonder the dining room was empty. I think next time we will do take out.

Been to this location numerous times and everything was amazing. Fresh veggies, fresh meats, awesome interactions with staff and customers alike. So many options for subs and the chips are to die for! Would recommend this sub shop to anyone as the quality speaks for itself.

Good food, poor service. Forgot half of my door dash order that I was already pre charged for. I was left with chips and Cole slaw. No wrap. No soda. Wouldn’t help me unless I contacted door dash. Dasher had to go back and get it.

Not sure why the people behind the counter do not wear gloves while they work with eating, it is absolutely disgusting. rub the packs and chips with bare hands. good eating, but due to poor hygiene, this place deserves no higher than 1 star.

I was here on Sunday, 3/13/22. eating was good as it is in the rule. the sitting area needed attention. each open table was dirty, like the job counter. accommodation of the details materie.
