What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Stopped by this location today with My elderly mother. Upon entering the store we encountered a wet floor sign only to find coffee spilled on the floor. We ordered and my mother went to sit down. I joined her and found all the tables in that area dirty from previous diners. I informed the counter staff. We ate our meals and none of the cleanup was ever addressed. The service was delightful. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and tasty. There was a fantastic selection of donuts, all of which were delicious. We've only visited Tim Horton's a few times while traveling, but it's always been a great experience.

Honestly, it was disgusting. This has happened several days in a row. At first, I thought it might just be a one-time mistake, but that’s not the case. I have no idea if the creamer they use has gone bad, but make sure to check your coffee before leaving this place.
I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. If you need to get to work on time, I recommend going somewhere else.
I ordered a medium drink and it was mostly just a cup full of ice. The photo shows it after I've taken maybe two sips.
